Rotational Compounds, 2016

Rotational Compounds deals with geometric combinations of polyhedra with regular symmetry and polyhedra with rotational symmetry. Regular and rotational symmetries are different so in combination their differences have to be addressed to see if combinations are geometrically possible. Structures of both regular and rotational symmetries combine geometric structures where both have a different symmetry element in the same structure. Some structures can be combined to coherent compounds, some not. Geometric combinations of symmetries of regular and rotational symmetry exist. Both the volumes, when they overlap, show spatial relationships of both symmetry systems in the same volume. The research is in progress.
