An installation that links mathematical probability to spatial arrangement through geometric forms. Probability distributions are mapped onto positions and configurations of polyhedral and compound geometric elements. The resulting spatial arrangement translates probability into physical form using phi-based geometry and compound polyhedral elements.
Research:
Probability distributions were translated into spatial parameters: likelihood values drive positions, densities, or grouping of geometric elements. Algorithms assign coordinates or configurations from the probability model so that the resulting layout can be read as a spatialization of the distribution. The geometry uses phi-based and compound polyhedral systems consistent with the studio's other work. The study tested whether the installed arrangement communicates the underlying probabilistic structure through spatial reading alone.
